The QTY12-15 block production line is a fully automatic manufacturing unit, with a production capacity of pieces from 60 to 300mm height, allowing the manufacturing of a wide range of products for building walls, roads, garden, pavement, etc.
In this unit is used a series of Fiber pallets with dimensions of 1300 x 870 x 30 therefore allowing the manufacturing of a large number of heavy weight pieces by cycle.
To attain such performances the vibration becomes one of the essential points of the equipment. To guarantee a homogeneous vibration in all the worktable with the guarantee of a strong compaction of the concrete, HENRY has the vibration system specially conceived to compete with the highest quality standards worldwide, this vibration system is not only an innovation but a standard for all our high performance vibropresses.
Its strong structure and certified materials allow the use of very high compaction forces of approximately 100KN, the hydraulic unit that comes standard with speed control modules allows extremely fast movements with very soft transitions therefore ensuring a longer durability and low maintenance of the equipment.

All different equipments together with QTY12-15 fully automatic block machine as follows :
1. Pallet lifting machine: it's used for lift the pallets automatically so that the labor can be greatly saved, for the weight of one piece of pallet can be 20KG.
2. PLD1200 batching machine: To batch the material by controlling the weight of diffent materials in three bins, so that certain ratio of materials is ensured accurately.
3 JS750 Concrete mixer: Used for mixing materials together, time control and water added automatically.
4. Block mold: With heat treatment and carburizaing processing, the molds get great strength and high degree of wear resistence. So molds lifetime is prolong and blocks made are standard.
5. Automatic stacking machine: It can stack the blocks for 4-5 layers, and then be carried to other place for curing together, making the production more efficient.
6. Extra block moulds for replacement: All the block moulds are customized and precisely manufactured. Meeting your requirements is our permanent goal.
